What is the return policy of Ethicus.in?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ethicus.in due to QUALITY reasons, you can return the product to us. Such quality problem has to be notified to us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by an email to info@ethicus.in
The parcel may be packed back in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims, accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted.
For approved quality-related returns within India, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you. For international orders, please ship the product back to us; return courier charges are paid by the customer. Damages during return transit will not be paid for.
