If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ethicus.in due to QUALITY reasons, you can return the product to us. Such quality problem has to be notified to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by an email to email@example.com
The parcel may be packed back in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Shipping the goods back to our address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by Ethicus to the extent it was charged while shipping ( as charged during purchase)
Damages during return transit will not be paid for.
