Cancellation :

To cancel an order, write to our customer care at info@ethicus.in. The order can be cancelled ONLY prior to dispatch.

Return / Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ethicus.in due to QUALITY reasons, you can return the product to us. Such quality problem has to be notified to us within 2 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by an email to info@ethicus.in

The parcel may be packed back in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Shipping the goods back to our address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by Ethicus to the extent it was charged while shipping ( as charged during purchase)

Damages during return transit will not be paid for. 

Please write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number (Appachi Ecologic Cotton Pvt. Ltd., 46, Meenkarai Road, Zamin Uthukuli, Pollachi - 642004, Tamilnadu, INDIA. Be sure to retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider).

Refunds:

The refund amount will be credited within 10 to 15 business days from the time the returned product is received in our warehouse.

You may choose the form by mentioning it in the mail to admin
