How do I search for the products on Ethicus site?

Our main menu is on the top left corner, it will appear through all our pages.The scroll down of the main menu takes you to our product category .Clicking on the listed collections below the product category will take you to the specific collection page.

Can I make changes to the orders I just placed?

Yes you can make changes in your order only till the product leaves our warehouse . To make changes in the order you have to notify us  within 6 hours of order placement. If the product leave our warehouse then it will be considered as shipped. For more details look into our return policies

What are the modes of payment available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards(Master card ,Visa, Rupay ,Mastero) and Net banking also.
Payments Via local cheques or demand drafts are also possible . We will process the order once the payment is credited in our account.

Are the prices in the site inclusive of all taxes?

GST will be added at the time of checkout for domestic orders. GST is exempt for international orders.

For international shipments the import duties and taxes ( If any) will not be a part of your checkout bill as it varies from destination country and the product type. These taxes alone have to be paid by you to the shipping company directly at the time of delivery.

What if a product is backordered?

You will be notified at the time of checkout if an item is backordered and we will keep you posted when the item is restocked. You can make the payment for that particular product later

A sold out notification is mentioned on the product page with a notify me button if the produt is not available.

How to search a product if I have the product code only?

The top right corner of our page has a search icon by clicking on it a tab will appear , type the product code in, it will take you to the product page directly. You can add the product to your wish list too for future reference.

How do I proceed to buy after buy adding products to my cart?

Once you choose the products you wish to buy you can click on to the cart to see all the items added in it ,here you can add or reduce the quantity and also push items to the wish list which you want to buy later.You can click on to proceed to checkout button which will take you to our payment gateway page where you can proceed with the payment formalities in the payment mode you wish to.

What is your return policy ?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ethicus.in due to QUALITY reasons, you can return the product to us. Such quality problem has to be notified to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise by an email to info@ethicus.in

The parcel may be packed back in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Shipping the goods back to our address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by Ethicus to the extent it was charged while shipping ( as charged during purchase)

Damages during return transit will not be paid for.
